To register as a Tour Guide, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.
You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including your name, contact details, business name, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
As a Tour Guide, you are responsible for creating detailed and accurate descriptions of the travel packages you offer. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing, availability, itineraries, and any promotional materials.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the travel services you offer. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and insurance coverage.
You may update or modify your listings at any time. However, you are obligated to honour all bookings made under the terms that were in place at the time of the booking.
When a Travel Agent books a package, they will pay the full amount upfront. This payment will be held in escrow by global tour link until you confirm the successful pick-up or meeting of the client at the designated location (e.g., airport, hotel). Upon confirmation that the client has been received or picked up, the payment, will be released to your account immediately.
As a Tour Guide, you agree not to attempt to establish direct contact with any clients outside of our platform for the purpose of bypassing our services or avoiding payment of the agreed-upon commission.
If we determine that you have attempted to contact clients directly or made such arrangements, your account will be immediately terminated, and we reserve the right to take legal action against you.
You are required to set a clear cancellation and refund policy for each package you list. This policy must comply with applicable laws and must be clearly communicated to Travel Agents before they make a booking.
In the event of a cancellation by you or due to unforeseen circumstances, you are responsible for promptly notifying the Travel Agent and issuing any applicable refunds as per your cancellation policy.
You agree to conduct yourself professionally and ethically at all times while using our platform. This includes:
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. However, by uploading content, you grant global tour link a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, global tour link shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of your use of the platform, including any issues related to bookings, cancellations, or payments.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we determine to be harmful to our platform or other users.
